I loved to watch Yellow Submarine when it came on television. Its been years since I watched this movie so imagine how thrilled when I found out it will be shown in theaters. Then I found out it will not be shown in my state. Bummer. It is not all bad, it comes out on DVD and THAT is what I look forward too.
When I was a little kid, my brother, father and I would gather in from of the TV to watch Japanese monster movies. Most people know Godzilla but my favorite movie was Johnny Sockko and his Giant Robot.
Even as a kid we laughed at the bad lip dubbing and the overall cheese. I have posted a clip to give you an idea what I am talking about. Let me know if you are a fan of this movie or your favorite Japanese horror film.

When I think, “kids these days”, I am reminded of my youth growing up in Southern California and my heroes of the day. I put my head down in shame.
I have been away for a while. Life has not been fun lately. I have been thinking about what I want this blog to be and I decided it will be a personal blog. It is too hard to have a all-in-one blog. So this means I will be setting up yet another blog for my interest in fashion and beauty.
